Vikul Gupta is an software engineer and he completed his master\u2019s degree in 2011 in Computer Science from Birmingham City University in Birmingham, United Kingdom. He completed his early education, college education, and a bachelor\u2019s degree from India with academic excellence and got Grade A in all his academic degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Research\nExperience <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vikul has three months of\nresearch experience for the development of web services and mobile applications\nfor his Birmingham City university in the mobile development module and web\nservices development module. He is also having 6 months of research experience\nfor development and writing his thesis on the topic, Ontology of business\nactivities. He also gained experience during his B.E projects, \u2018time table\nautomation\u2019 and inventory management system\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is working as an IT\nconsultant in the Creative Info Tech Limited in the United Kingdom from May\n2014 to the present. His designation is a senior software engineer\/ project\nmanager and he is part of the project, \u2018loyalty mobile apps\u2019 (IOS &Androids).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is responsible for the\nquality management of projects throughout the life cycle of the project\nincluding stakeholder management, handover, post-implementation review and\ncloseout of project, business lesion, project delivery, and proposals for initiation\nof the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also responsible for\nthe setting of budget and agreeing on deadlines and project time scales with\nthe clients. He is holding weekly external and internal meetings to check the\nprogress of the project and is acting as a single point of contact for all\nkinds of communications between the company and clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is ensuring that all the\nstaff is achieving milestones on time and all work and related procedures are\nmanaged in the given timeframe. For this purpose, he is assuring effective\nquality control management practices and is monitoring the deliverable produced\nto maintain healthy and ongoing relationships with the clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to this, he is\nalso handling the identification, analysis, measurement, and management of the\nrisks involved in the project and is responsible for minimizing the risks by\nfollowing the Info-Tech standards and methodology. He is designing the\ndefinitions of the project by regulating the budgets, roles, resources, time\nscales, responsibilities, scopes, and validation of the functional\nrequirements. Based on these definitions, he is providing support, advice, and\nassistance for the implementation of newly designed systems. He is assisting in\nthe development and enhancement of guidelines, procedures, and thus relevant\nstandards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Experience in Other\nOrganizations <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vikul Gupta has also worked as a senior software engineer, in a project\nSale-I, as a senior software engineer in a project Esatan-TMS Customer Support\nWebsite and Interface,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also worked as a senior software engineer in the project Issac+\nSoftware, and as a Project Manager & Sr. Software Engineer for YA\nconsultants, Cheeky Joes, IH Financial, Khurram and Co Solicitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other than this, he worked as a software developer for the project,\n\u2018project fuel quotation system\u2019, as a software developer for the project, \u2018pay\nrole\u2019, and as a software developer for the project, \u2018inventory\nmanagement\u2019.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vikul Gupta is the winner\nof various awards and has good participation in various extracurricular\nactivities. He participated in the community services which was programmed of\nBaharat scouts and guides which was held through the prime minister\u2019s\ncompetition in 1997-1198. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He got first prize in the\nAll India camel color contest and painting competition.
